Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 Hawaiian king rolls
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • pancake syrup or maple syrup
  • strawberries, blueberries or raspberries optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine milk, egg, sugar, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon to a large bowl and mix well.
  • Allow butter to skillet over medium high flame.
  • Add rolls to bowl with mixture and move around, ensuring to coat all sides.
  • Drain excess and add to skillet, cook on all sides for about 2 mins.
  • Once all sides are cooked enough to your liking, remove and serve hot with butter, your favorite berries and maple or pancake syrup.
