Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Legs

 5-7 Chicken Legs
 1 tbsp Oil
 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
 1 tbsp Everything Seasoning
 Pinch of Salt
 Large Potato
 Large Carrot
 1 pack Sazon
 1 Cup Chicken Stock

Preheat oven to 375F

Clean and wash chicken with lime or lemon and cool running water

To a large bowl add chicken along with seasonings and vegetables

Mix in well using hand and set aside to marinate for as long as you prefer

Add chicken to baking dish or aluminum foil pan, along with chicken broth and bake for 30 minutes

Remove and baste with chicken juices

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for additional 30 mins

Remove and baste. Broil on low for 7 mins to get that crispy look

If your oven doesn’t have a broiling option, then bake uncovered for additional 10-12 mins or until desired crispness is obtained

Serve with rice or side of vegetables
