 1 tsp dried oregano
 1 tsp red pepper flakes
 2 tsp everything seasoning
2 tbsp parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
3 tbsp Italian style bread crumbs
 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
 1 egg (beaten)
 1/4 cup milk
 3 tbsp oil
 8 oz Spaghetti (1/2 a box)
For Sauce
 24 oz Marinara sauce (Barilla)
1 cup tomato basil sauce (carbone)
 4 cloves garlic ( minced)
 1/2 onion (chopped)
1 tsp basil (dried or fresh)
 1 tsp dried oregano
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp black pepper

In a large bowl, add ground turkey (ground beef or any other protein used) along with other meatball ingredients. Mix in with hands and form 18 meatballs, around the size of a golf ball

Heat a large skillet with oil and add each meatball individually, ensuring there is a little space between each. If skillet is not large enough, do two batches. Sear meatballs until brown on all sides (around 2 minutes on each sides)

Remove meatballs and set aside. To the same skillet, add onions and saute for 2 minutes, then add garlic, saute together for 2 more minutes.

4

Add marinara and tomato sauce along with other sauce ingredients. Mix, cover and simmer on low for 30-40 minutes

5

Add meatballs to sauce and mix, ensure that meatballs are covered in sauce and cook together for around 20 minutes.

6

While meatballs are cooking in sauce, bring a large pot with water to a boil with a pinch of salt. Cook spaghetti until al dente.

7

Add pasta to pot with meatballs and sauce and carefully toss, or serve meatballs and sauce over pasta.

8

Serve hot with parmesan cheese on top
