Fluffy Homemade Pancakes from Scratch

 2 cups all purpose flour
 1 tbsp baking powder
 2 tbsp sugar
 2 eggs
 1 1/2 cups of milk
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 2 tbsp unsalted butter
 1/2 tsp salt

Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside

Whisk eggs then add vanilla and milk

Slowly pour wet mixture into dry mixture while whisking. Be careful not to over mix

Add butter to a large skillet and allow to melt on medium high. Scoop batter into pan (around 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake)

After around 2 minutes, bubbles should appear on top of pancakes. Flip and cook for additional 2 minutes, or until browned enough for you

Serve hot with pancake or maple syrup and Enjoy
